Reiki and Mindfulness Practices

Reiki is an energy healing technique that is used to heal both emotional and physical pain through gentle touch. Reiki practitioners are trained to apply specific touch to the areas of the body that emotional or physical pain is stored. In doing so, the flow and balance of the energy within and outside the body is improved and overall healing can take place.

We have an in office practitioner who is an expert in the field. 

Reiki is used all over the world, including in hospitals and hospices to complement other health treatments.
